Registration

To ensure our quality, we limit the number of students in each class. Please register early to reserve your spot. There are limited spaces for certain classes.


Sibling registration discount: Second child of the family will get 10% discount on the regular registration fee.

    For the new student, please complete following forms:

     

    Admission Form

    Authorization of Emergency Treatment Form

    Parent Handbook (After go over the handbook, please assign "Parent Policy Agreement")
